Kindness, respect and help out
Please respect each other and treat others as you wish to be treated. Greet new members, rally around them to make them feel welcome and if they need help navigating the board then try to be a good citizen and be of assistance. We're all in this together to create a Welcoming environment. Healthy debates are natural, but kindness is required.

No hate speech or bullying
Make sure everyone feels safe. Bullying of any kind isn't allowed, and degrading comments about things like race, religion, culture, sexual orientation, gender or identity will not be tolerated. You will be issued warnings and if continued, banned.

Respect everyone's privacy
Being part of this group requires mutual trust. Authentic, expressive discussions make groups great, but may also be sensitive and private. What's shared in the group should stay in the group.

Just the right place
We'd appreciate it if you help us keep this place tidy by posting your topics in the right areas. If you aren’t sure then you can always ask. Don’t worry if you make a mistake, we can always move them to their rightful home.

Activity & spring cleaning
We like to keep Nightingales Forum as clean and tidy as we can. Certain old topics that haven't been posted in and gathering dust will be moved to the 'Waste Basket' and eventually deleted. With members, if someone is inactive for a year they are deleted (unless they contacted staff why they haven't been around or why they haven't posted). If you wish to rejoin, you will need to register again.

One last thing
Please look at our 'Help' page if you have any problems and check the area/s listed first before asking a member of staff or posting in our 'Help/Problems' area. If you find something on the forum that you disagree with please contact an admin or mod via private message who will be more than willing to help you with anything you wish to discuss.
